Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item in the store unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect item(s).
Damaged/ Defective/ Incorrect Items
Creator’s Corner accepts exchanges on purchases that are damaged, defective or incorrect (i.e. if you receive an item that is not in perfect condition). In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, e-mail us at email@example.com within 14days of receiving the product.
In order to return a product, you must e-mail Creator’s Corner at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the return with the following information:
- Order number in the subject line
- Item received, quantity and reason for return in the body of the e-mail
- if the item is damaged/ defective be sure to include a picture showing the damage.
If Creator’s Corner approves the return request, we will issue a return authorization number for the return and . If we are able to, we will also replace the damaged item. However, if the item you ordered is not in stock we will offer two (2) exchange options or you may choose to wait until the item restocked.
Damaged items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Please return items in their original packaging.
